Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our guidelines below.

1. Return Window

  • Unwanted Items (Change of Mind): You have 7 working days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return the item.

  • Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or malfunctioning, please contact us within 28 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in a fully re-sellable ("as new") condition.

  • All original components, accessories, and any included "Free Testers" must be returned together.

  • Sale & Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded unless faulty.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team in writing via email at orders@alharamainperfumes.co.uk within your return window. Please include your order number.

  2. We will issue you a unique Returns Number.

  3. Clearly quote this Returns Number on your return paperwork and send the item back to our Returns Department.

  4. Deadline: Items must physically arrive at our warehouse within 14 days from the date your return was authorised.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for covering the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We do not provide free return collection services.

  • Recommendations: We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service (such as Royal Mail Recorded/Special Delivery or a tracked courier). We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit, and goods are only deemed returned once signed for by our team.

5. Refunds & Processing Times

  • Once received, our Returns Department will inspect the items to ensure they meet the conditions above.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the date of inspection.

  • Refund Amount: You will be refunded the full invoice amount for the goods, minus the original outbound delivery cost.
